The Fuji Masterpiece Award is the highest honor given within the photographic industry for recognition of photographic excellence.

Traditionally presented to a professional photographer, the Award was presented to Kathryn Rutherford for the development of a process she created to restore blackened tintypes. It was the first time the Masterpiece was awarded to a photographic artisan's restoration rather than a photographic image created in the camera.
