and FINE ART SILENT AUCTION
Heirloom Art Studio, Mystic Ink and Outstanding Expectations, owned by Greg and Kathryn Rutherford, have a large variety of things for sale.
Below you will find a number of categories of things for sale. We need to clear out the back room, our home and two buildings on the property surrounding the Studio. Everything here we want out of our way whether it be the couch in the livingroom (YES!! Furniture is for sale), store display, rare antiques or just the stuff too good to haul to the dump, but, with little value. Perhaps you'll see something you need.
ESTIMATE PRICES ARE LISTED, BUT, ANY SERIOUS OFFER JUST MIGHT BE CONSIDERED!! TRY US!!!

SILENT AUCTION
Most people are familiar with how a silent auction is run at a banquet or conference, but, we'll go over the rules for you anyway.
We'll be listing an item for sale, description, it's opening bid, shipping cost, method of payment required and the length of time that item will be available for sale.
As this is a silent auction, all you have to do is send us an email telling us what you are willing to pay for that item. At the end of each day we'll post the highest bidding price and notify you if you are the winner when the auction closes to arrange for payment and shipping instructions.
Bids will ONLY be posted at the close of each day and all names, email and shipping information is STRICKLY CONFIDENTIAL!!!! It will not be posted or shared with anyone.
The silent auction is being conducted only for the benefit of our customers who wish to obtain fine art and other items directly from the Heirloom Art Studio. There are no online auction fees and often a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our fine art supports charitable foundations.
